VisualTwitter is the latest newcomer to build on top of the Twitter API.As you can no doubt glean from the name, VisualTwitter is for posting photographic tweets, rather than mere text updates.
It's easy enough to use you just send a picture from your camera phone to me@visualtwitter.com. Validation of your phone number is required before any of your pictures can be seen by the public. Sign in using your Twitter ID. VisualTwitter supports all North American phone carriers, and most international ones.
You can take a look at other users' photos on the site and send photos to your own Twitter page, but beyond that, there's not much else to do. It's very simple and straightforward.
